Literally the worst bank ever. Left us waiting for a mortgage for over an hour took our business elsewhere. And they have no idea how to handle car titles. I wish I could rate this place at 0.

Pretty ridiculous bank let some company rip me off. Even after I went through all their obstacles they wanna call me a liar. This bank has served my family for many years. This was the final straw. I'm pulling all my accounts and my brothers are to. It's not even about the bs money anymore. It's about respect
My husband and I have had our accounts at IHMVCU for almost 40 years. We have nothing but positive things to say about IHMVCU. We have always been respected and appreciate the many services we have been able to use. We have seen so many technological changes, and feel the credit union has done its best to compete with other institutions. We have never paid any service charges on our accounts. Love banking here! The west Burlington location has amazing staff!! Well I did love this bank until you informed me that you are closing the West Burlington branch and now I have to change banks because I can’t bank local....
The back of my card says the number to call 24 hours to report lost or stolen cards. Why is it that at 7pm on a Friday I can't get ahold of anyone to report my card as missing. I get told on the line to "contact your financial institution for further assistance" and then hung up on. So the bank doesn't up until 8:30 tomorrow morning and I just have to wait then?! I have had nothing but problems with the phone customer service. So done with this bank.
