I love banking at IH !! The Kewanee branch makes you feel like family!! Love them!!
The worst customer service by any bank period! The way they treated my daughter is despicable. When my bank is just as appalled by their treatment of her that should tell you something. Do not bank here unless you want to wait until after 0730 to get money and if you want your family members treated disrespectfully then yes please bank here but if I were you I would find a different credit union or bank.
Been a customer for over 20 years, we have moved to different states and had to switch a couple times and I'm always glad to get back to IH, always great services!
The only problem I have so far is that I can see my direct deposit pending on Thursday but it’s not available until 8 or 8:30 Friday morning. Why is this?
If I could give no stars I would....poor relations. I have made payments early every month and had no idea I was .60 short. Got this letter....which they paid .50 to mail, plus labor and paper to produce. Can’t get ahold of Janice Hickman...I used to work in collections and this is not the way something should be handled....seriously considering refinancing somewhere else!
Love IH! Been with them since I was a kid. I've opened other accts to get places out and always come back to OH. Great customer service and easy banking. Never had any problems!
I have been banking here since about 1994. Only place I have been to, and will never leave.
