Back to problems.. Not surprised. Ordered checks and they are starting me at the beginning. Who takes 101 checks? No one that's who. In order to get checks starting over 1,000 I'll need to keep ordering checks until I finally get a 1,000 box. Are you joking me?!

The employees are so nice and extremely helpful. I don't have any problems getting through to who I need to talk to and if I have to leave a msg, they have always responded quickly. I've been a member for over 15 years and have only had one bad experience and that was with a branch in Galesburg. They were rude. But all local quad cities branches have exceeded my expectations. Had issues setting up automatic payment of my auto loan. No one able to help me. Pretty much keep telling me I was in my own. I pleaded for assistance and after going through voicemail hell I was disconnected. Now just writing a monthly check.
I had a loan with them and any way to get assistance they refused and caused me more heck then I wanted to deal with to pay off the loan
