I love this bank, they are very friendly, conceived, concern, polite very honest. And most of all they direct to the best area according to your need. Never will I ever leave this bank for any reason. They handles all your needs and your family and friends too I LOVE YOU IHMVCU
The branch in Monmouth, IL closed with NO communication with customers that it was doing so.
Today marks the third time in nine months that I have contemplated taking my money to another credit union.
I have been with IH since 2003. Great service and are easy to deal with.
IHMVCU has gone above and beyond to help us. We were trying to buy a vehicle and nobody else would consider us, but you saw a member who needed a chance. IHMVCU got us in to a nice vehicle with fair terms and then when I went through a rough financial situation, I was helped in many ways by the kind and knowledgeable staff there. I made a lot of bad financial decisions when I was younger, and IHMVCU looked past that and gave us a chance. I feel like I'm a person, not just an account.
DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! Worst bank ever, do not even have enough brains to inform customers that they are working on the systems, and debit cards will not work 5+ days, DO NOT BANK HERE
do not plan to retire from IH...you will be let go before your retirement age...it’s happening...ask a long time employee...
