Ive been with you guys for about 5 years now. I called this morning because i had somehow been hit with an overdaft charge. I called to speak with someone, sat on hold for almost 10 minutes, spoke to a rep who did not understand that I had tracked my balance and there should not have been an overdraft. I ended up asking for a supervisor to which I sat on hold waiting for for over 10 minutes. Yeah you guys refunded me $7.50, but it should not have taken that long to do so. I love the people at the Dewitt branch they always go tge extra mile ......but this last 4 days have been terrible . They did a card update that went very wrong 4 days still not fixed does not say much for a banking organization. I have been embarrassed in front of many people this weekend every time my card was declined knowing I had money in my account. Tried ATM no luck there. Had to have my daughter pay and still got charged for declines on my account what a nightmare! Sure they will get it right but when is the question... read more
DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! Worst bank ever, do not even have enough brains to inform customers that they are working on the systems, and debit cards will not work 5+ days, DO NOT BANK HERE
