They failed to adjust an ARM loan for one of my properties and let it go for almost a decade. Sent me a check many years later for their mistake. I also had multiple instances of them applying a payment to the wrong loan. Caused many mix ups. Stay far away.
Waiting in line 20 minutes (on a Tuesday afternoon) to cash checks from their bank only to be told there's a $3 a check charge. The decor in the Rock Island old IH location (which I assume some misguided soul thought was new and cutting edge) is cold and uncomfortable. Definitely better suited to a nightclub than a bank or credit union. Employees watched from their empty offices as the line grew longer, but no one bothered coming out to help. Definitely not impressed.

The check cashing policies here are super weird. Can’t cash a personal check here without an account even if the person who wrote the check has an account here UNLESS you go into the lobby... but the lobby is closed. We don’t bank locally but intend to open an account soon. Not here though.

My husband and I noticed that $1,200 in loan payments have been taken out of our account and when we called, we were told someone typed in the wrong account number and we were paying for someone else’s loan. Instead of immediately refunding the money that was STOLEN from our account. They said we should of noticed it earlier and we need to call the loan people ourselves. We had to ask for a supervisor and throw a fit just to get our own money back.
Customer service over the phone is horrible and refuse to help you, when you get double charged
