My husband and I noticed that $1,200 in loan payments have been taken out of our account and when we called, we were told someone typed in the wrong account number and we were paying for someone else’s loan. Instead of immediately refunding the money that was STOLEN from our account. They said we should of noticed it earlier and we need to call the loan people ourselves. We had to ask for a supervisor and throw a fit just to get our own money back.
Customer service over the phone is horrible and refuse to help you, when you get double charged

IHMVCU is a great place to bank. Friendly and they’re located close to just about anywhere in the Quad Cities.
Your money is not safe here if someone you know gets the information off your card and makes online purchases with it. They told my daughter if a total stranger had done it they would refund back the money taken but since it was her ex boyfriend using an image of her card they would not. Apparently they prefer losing several members over refunding back a few hundred dollars in fraudulent charges. My wife and I are 30 year members who no longer are comfortable doing business here after our experiences today. Shame on you IHMV... read more
Being with them for over 30 yrs. highly recommend it i’ve being a member with other institutions they don’t match there customers service n help! Very helpful n customers friendly!!! if You’re Not a members or looking for a Fiancial institution I hiely recomend THEM!!!!👏👏👏👏
I have been a member for over twenty five years and would go any where else. I have never had a issue with them the staff is one of the best! IH ROCKS!!!
