I am on disability and my check is supposed to be accessible at mid-night of the 2nd every month. Lately i cant even access my money till late after noon on the 3rd and some times not even till the 4th. this creates a problem when i have set accounts to be paid on the 3rd. I now have late fees. which when on a fixed income really hurts. Might be time to find a new bank!

Terrible communication...I paid a loan off and they still pulled my money out of my bank. When I went to IHMVCU they couldn't find my money....all I want to know is where is my $450

I have always been happy with them, would recommend IH MISSISSIPPI VALLEY CREDIT UNION.
When I became a member nine years ago they would go out of their way to help you with any financial need you had. They had exceptional service to their members. In the last two or three years their service and willing to help has gone over the edge. Service now is terrible. I'm going to close my account and move elsewhere. I'm very disappointed about the service there now.
By far the best financial institution weve ever done business with.
