Do some research, the only have 3.5 out of five stars and for good reason, they deserve less, other credit unions in the area are rated much higher
there new ITM's are amazing!
Terrible customer service.
I have a car loan through you guy. You have the worst customer service via phone I have ever seen. Just as bad as calling the IRS!!!! takes over 20 mins or more to hold while I have a simple question. I can never get a hold of anyone. Worse phone service dont bother calling you might as well go in. I told them this several times they always told me it's the time I call no it doesnt matter when I call always the same long wait!!!!
I have been with IH MISSISSIPPI VALLEY CREDIT UNION since 1979 they helped me buy lots of cars,Boats,and a house. Always there when i need them. This is a place i trust 100% Thank You
the bank is great but when you try to call no one will answer and it will just hang up on you.
they r here to serve the public... give away more money in scholarships, than loan hard working members money to ensure a better situation for their family! it's all good a working class hero is something to be!
