worst bank ever
I've been with them since I was 7 years old (maybe even 5, I don't recall exactly) and I've NEVER had an issue with them. Always courteous, educational, and compassionate. I recommend ihmvcu to everybody!
Who knew accessing one’s own money could be so complicated? Online banking is down, app is down, all “chat representatives” are offline, calling leads to waiting for 20+ minutes and then being disconnected, trying to call my local branch leads to being disconnected... which leads me to wonder, does this bank still exist? Hopefully my money still exists along with it as I currently have zero access to it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If you're looking for inconcsistent access to guaranteed features that lead to you not being able to access your money, having deposits not show up for days, and constant, "technical problems," that lead to overdraft fees your bank refuses to even discuss with you, this is definitely the bank for you. Of the last 7 days, I've had access to my account for 3 of them. It's a real fun time.
I have made 3 car payments in 3 days now. I was told automatic withdrawal would not go through and it did. I was also told that online payment did not go through so I went to Kewanee branch and paid in person. Well now the check went through and online payment went through a week and a half later. I have tried to call and get this straightened out and was on hold for twenty minutes. Thanks for nothing IHMVCU!
I bank there it a really great credit union
Poor app.. not up to date with acct. withdrew money from my saving when I did not use all money in checking then won't give overdraft back even though they wasn't supposed to take it ������
I have enjoyed being apart of IHMV CU Family! Very convenient for me! Friendly/Helpful Staff!
