**** was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Was able to diagnose the issue quickly and correct the problem.
Ideal Conditions have been my go to guys for HVAC for years. I wouldnt trust anyone else **** and ***** moved my unit so I could do a screened in patio. They got it moved and stayed to be sure everything was working properly. They explained what they did, removed the old electrical box and cleaned up when they were done.
When my AC broke they came out promptly and fixed the problem. It was close to 90 degrees outside (and in). I was concerned because I have MS and even a one degree increase in body temperature can cause a flare up of my symptoms The technician **** was ideal (sorry for the pun). He not only fixed the problem but was extra helpful and polite. **** came out and got our system back up and running. I would recommend Ideal Conditions to anyone.
We had our entire HVAC system replaced including duct work. We have an old home in Arlington and only had 100AMP electric service. Ideal Conditions made everything happen faster than anticipated. Removal of old air handler and oil furnace, removal of old duct work, electric service upgrade, install of a new Trane heat pump and air handler and ducting, and even changed up the placement of our return and added returns to all of our bedrooms. Chris Hand did a great job of diagnosing an issue that Russell discovered during semi annual maintenance.
**** and ***** did an outstanding job of replacing my A/C. Both were very friendly but professional. Super job, very meticulous to make sure the replacement was throw and complete. Highly recommend and appreciate their work.
