Had error message @11pm! Called service & got 9am appointment for next day. Mike & Ethan diagnosed problem & were able to secure part from local warehouse. They came back & had a/c up & running...on the hottest day of the year! Ideal has been our A/C company since 2010!
**** and ***** came to our home, they were very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. They took their time figuring out the issue and coming up with a plan that worked for **. I would definitely ask for them specifically the next time I need service!

Called in the evening of Memorial day as AC stopped cooling. ***** was out to my home withing 2 hours to top up freon to get ** by and came out the next morning to solve the issue. Pleasant and got right to work.

Called Ideal Conditions back in December when my heater kept blowing a fuse. ***** and **** spent all day troubleshooting and were finally able to fix my heating system after several hours of work. I'm a really curious customer and had a lot of questions and they were able to explain what and how they were troubleshooting very well. Absolutely fantastic work and I was so impressed by their dedication that I signed up for their yearly service.
