My fan blade broke on my a/c unit. I have a service contract with Ideal Conditions. Their technician, **** Eagle, showed up ahead of schedule and was able to find parts to replace my fan blade and worn out motor in a minimum amount of time and fixed my unit very quickly. He also did not try to upsell me and provided me with excellent suggestions to help with my decisions toward this a/c unit. I am very impressed with this gentleman's technical expertise and high level of customer service. I highly recommend Ideal Conditions!

I have an older home located in Springfield (****) that needed two a/c units replaced. *** came out with his installers and provided me with a reasonable estimate. All work was done with extreme attention to detail. The entire crew, ****** ****** ***** Rich, and **** were top notch. I would definitely recommend Ideal Conditions for your future A/C work. And they also do electrical, plumbing, and roofing too!!!
**** Eagle the best a/c service tech there is. Only one I want servicing my unit. Very knowledgeable, polite, easy to understand, personable. I hate having to have A/C issues but I totally trust this man with my unit. He is gold!
