Have had excellent service from them. ******* did general maintenance on our unit-and explained each step along the way. He was prompt for apt and extremely knowledgeable. We had bought a service contract and office also was excellent about calling to set up routine inspection . Highly recommend this company.
**** came out on a Sunday, explained what he needed to do and why, and got my approval on every step. He finished all repairs and serviced the unit within an hour. I recommend him highly!

Our HVAC unit would not turn on at all. The thermostat was working but nothing else. Tom and Dave promptly came to our home and was able to get our unit operating. They clearly explained to us what was causing the problem, and that we were going to need future service. They gave us a fair price and explained what the future cost was. My experience with Ideal Conditions was superb. I had an issue with my air conditioner, which had stopped working and Nicole took my call professionally and scheduled me for a waiting list appointment for the same day. She told me about their service plan and without being pushy, emailed it to me. After reading the plan, it was a no-brainer that it was going to save me money on my first visit. We had an AC company come out yesterday to our new home to diagnose and repair our AC unit under our homeowners warranty. The technician was absolutely horrendous. I called the warranty company and told them what had happened. they then rescheduled with another company to come out to our home today. That company was "Ideal Conditions" heating and Air. Mike came and diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced the part and was on his way in no time. Highly recommend him and Jess (I think that was her name) was super friendly when setting up the appointment.
