Superb same day service and follow-up from first call! I called them early to report my AC handler was leaking water in my garage. Took info and said I’d receive a call shortly. Not more than 20 minutes later I had a call giving me a time and Mike would be my tech, probably be here by 10A and he would call when he was on his way. He called. On Aug 5, Russell did a service maintenance on our HVAC system. He offered good tips on how to maintain our system to increase the longevity of our unit. He found one issue that needed to be addressed by a service technician. When I called the following morning, the receptionist told me she would have someone out between 12:00 and 3:00. Mike was here promptly around noon time, assessed the issue, and was able to correct the problem to further extend the life of our compressor. My AC went out in the evening so I gave Ideal a call 1st thing in the morning and the owner Tom, showed up within the hour. Mind you I live out in the country and about an hour away from downtown. Tom arrived and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He was able to fix it on the spot and mentioned my current unit still had a few more good years in her. Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We had a great experience with Ideal AC. First Tom came over and inspected our situation and gave us a quote and explained a lot of things to us. We decided to hire him and within a few days Jason and Tommy were at our house. A friend of mine used Ideal Conditions last week when her AC went out and had a wonderful experience so when I noticed mine wasn't working I called. That call was made at 7:00 pm, within about two minutes, I received a call from Mike, the service technician, who said he was on his way.
