Mike at ideal deserves more than 5 stars. He quickly and correctly diagnosed and fixed our AC issue. He answered questions, gave suggestions, and made us laugh. His professionalism and caring was much more than we expected, especially at 10 on a Saturday night. When hearing that there was an infant in the house, he immediately said he'd complete the jobs he had ahead of us and no matter the time he'd get us taken care of-he did just that. Because of Mike, were now a part of the Ideal family.
On Saturday 4 May my three year old Bosch HVAC Unit quit working. I waited until Monday 6 May to call Ideal Conditions the original installers. A very pleasant Sara scheduled an appointment the same day. Mike came out and quickly troubleshot the problem to a bad fan motor. Unit has a ten year parts and labor warranty. Tuesday 7 May Nicole ordered a fan motor through the Bosch Parts Supplier. The parts supplier informed her the part may not be in until next Tuesday.
