Ideal conditions is an outstanding company with amazing service. They are our go to for all our heating and air issues and general maintenance. Their tech Mike is a friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable guy who was on time and very respectful. We will be requesting him for all of our future heating and a/c needs! We submitted a request through our 2-10 warranty when our heater broke. Ideal Conditions was much more timely in communication than a previous contractor that was assigned to repair a similar issue earlier in the year for our other unit. Mike arrived and diagnosed the issue as well as a few other recommendations that were not identified during our home inspection when we purchased the home earlier in 2020. Then Mike was back out in a few days with the part and repaired the unit. Thanks Mike and Ideal Conditions!

Mike exceeded my expectations! He was prompt, knowledgeable and extremely efficient all while adhering to covid 19 protocols. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs their AC/HVAC fixed right!

We called to have a quote to replace our entire AC/Heat system and all of our HVAC plus move the new air handler to the garage. Tom came out same day and spent a few hours with me completely diagnosing my system and completely looking to see what was wrong while thoroughly explaining everything. Long story short, another AC company decided to sell me a top of the line system. 2.5 years later, I have multiple system malfunctions and have been experiencing redundant component failures. Ideal Conditions was willing to work around my schedule. Tom, the owner, personally came out to meet me with Sean, his service technician, at 6 PM. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with at Ideal Conditions is the very best! Mike, came out to repair my AC and he saved the day! He has outstanding skill, knowledge, and experience and between him and Tom (owner) they let me know exactly what the issue was and how they were going to repair it. Additionally, when Mike arrived he was wearing a mask, which tells me Ideal Conditions takes the safety of their customers and employees into consideration when they come to your home, if you need assistance this is the company to call!

Superb same day service and follow-up from first call! I called them early to report my AC handler was leaking water in my garage. Took info and said I’d receive a call shortly. Not more than 20 minutes later I had a call giving me a time and Mike would be my tech, probably be here by 10A and he would call when he was on his way. He called.
