I called my regular A/C company that I have used for the past 20+ years and they didn't have time to help me, so I contacted my next-door neighbor who recommended Ideal Conditions. I would definitely give Ideal Conditions five stars. They went out of their way to help me with my emergency. My A/C was not working after getting home one afternoon when it was 98 degrees outside. Exceptional experience from end to end. Found out about Ideal Conditions through a tech, *****, who was at my neighbor's house for a service call last night. He couldn't have been more courteous when I engaged him about service, even though he was very busy and had other service calls to make that night. An appointment was scheduled for this morning (crazy considering the pervasive HVAC issues everywhere because of ridiculous heat) and ***** and ****** in truck #*** arrived within an hour of it being scheduled.
