First time dealing with Ideal Conditions. The technician, *******************, was very thorough and professional. He climbed on the roof of the building, crawled through the attic to get to the handler, and assessed our thermostat, too. Using videos and ******** terms, he explained what he found, what he did, and what he recommended for the future for upkeep. And most importantly, he successfully got our existing air conditioner working!
We have had the best experiences with Ideal Conditions! They have helped us trouble shoot our AC system looking for leaks. I trust their judgment about solutions and have never felt pressured to purchase a new system. *************, Body and their team worked extensively to put a new line in our home, working overtime to get the project finished. They have been extremely professional, polite, and trustworthy, and I will always highly recommend their company!

I have been using Ideal Conditions for over 6 years for all my A/C needs and even some electrical work. I have been very satisfied with this company and their service. Recently my old A/C died over Memorial weekend. I was happy that I had the maintenance agreement with them and ***** came out over the holiday weekend and got it running. The capacitor was blown.
