Ethan was great and so helpful. He is informative on the air conditioning. Very intelligent and educated usthoroughly. Anyone who has him as a technician has the best...Most techs just fix things and don't tell you what was wrong. He let's you know why he needed to repair.
I have been using Ideal Conditions for 15 years now. Two residential installations and two commercial installations. I use them for maintence and service calls as well.They have top quality technicians and the owner is honest and will not try to sell you anything you do not need.
