This is the first time we have worked with ideal conditions and they were just wonderful. They diagnosed our system and then sent ***** out to clean the inside and outside unit. ***** did a fantastic job. He worked really hard and answered all of my husbands questions. I love the fact that he came in, did his work, cleaned up, showed us what he did, thanked us, and still had a smile on his face when he left for his next job. Spoke to ****** about a heating issue. She was and always has been extremely nice and helpful over the years. Had **** come out the same day after I got off work. **** was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and had actually installed the unit years prior. **** treated the system and solved the issue within a timely manner. Ideal Conditions has been my A/C service provider for about 20 years and they never disappoint.
****, *****, ****, ****, and ***** were a dream team for our situation! They replaced our HVAC by removing our old unit in the attic, moving our water heater and putting the new system in **********. They did it all in one day and clearly explained our new system! I could not be more pleased with Ideal Conditions. Highly recommend!
Ideal conditions is a wonderful company to call when your air conditioning system has problems!
