This company absolutely is THE BEST of The Best! Needed duct work done; the company was swift in sending someone over to analyze the problem (in my sweltering attic), who was up there approx :30 if not longer. **** * ***** (the svc. techs) were very thorough in the removal of the old * worn * the installation of the new. The funds I invested in this project was $ well spent.

First time dealing with Ideal Conditions. The technician, *******************, was very thorough and professional. He climbed on the roof of the building, crawled through the attic to get to the handler, and assessed our thermostat, too. Using videos and ******** terms, he explained what he found, what he did, and what he recommended for the future for upkeep. And most importantly, he successfully got our existing air conditioner working!
