Went this morning to look at a used car that was sold last night after confirming our appointment for this morning. None of the salesman were honest enough to let us know when we walked in that the car we were interested was sold. They tried to play it off (like we are stupid) that they would show us a different car for more $ than we had to buy the other car. I am not a phony and I expect the same from others. I will never go back to this dealership. It is sad because this is where I bought my Sonata 5 years ago..
Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. This includes entire staff and management. I would recommend seeing Will Arons in sales.
Going to pick up my car that is under warranty and they wont fix unless I pay 1100! So much for a 10 year warranty on car that has 45000 miles. Loyalty? I bought the car here and only had one other problem and it was fixed here.I should be able to go any Hyundai dealer to get the current problem - intake manifold fixed.
Don't walk away from this dealership, "Run Like Hell". Although the salesman was a nice guy he promised things he could not deliver. The service department is the most incompetent, rude, worst people skills I have ever experienced in my 40 years of buying cars. If your car needs to go in for anything but an oil change you can kiss it goodbye for weeks at a time and don't ever ever ever expect a call from anyone. Bunch of no good, time waisting, lying, conniving, soulless, scumbags! DONT GO HERE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS DELAERSHIP AGAIN. I love how one price is told to you and then you go to the financing dirt bag and it's different. "we can make it work" says the manager....bullshit, you lied to me and it didn't work out well for us. 5 1/2 hours to lease a car. Screw this place.
BUYERS BEWARE CROOKS WORKING AT THIS LOCATION!! I signed a lease in 6/2017, recently I went to get a new car hoping they would buy out my lease as there was alittle less than a year left, I was told at the dealership that the salesman and finance manager who worked on my lease were crooks, they mislead me and now I found out I was in a 4 year lease when I thought it was a 2 year lease, I was told that they added a $3000 warranty on a brand new lease when it already came with a warranty, they gave me the least amount of miles... read more
