Long story, will keep it short : Service Dept is poorly run. Will not recommend...was there over 2 hours and heard others complaining of their negative experiences.
Stay Away from these guys !! Purchased a used car last week, during the test drive I told the salesman the car pulled to the left and the front brakes were making a noise and pulsating. They told me they did alignment and brakes prior to me picking the car up , delivery was horrible basically took my money and said the keys are in the ignition, car still does the same , took it to another dealer today , alignment is way out and needs front brakes and rotors . Tried calling them , asked for managers. No response

stay away from Ms Lyles absolutly horrible customer service pushy and makes you feel pressured gives you a run around when you ask a question wont explain an answer and when you dont want to deal with her she makes the experience a true nightmare and awkward! beware

My husband and I had a very wonderful experience at this dealership!! Our salesman Miguel was so helpful and did everything he could for us to get a nice new safe car for our growing family !! We couldn’t be more happy with him and everyone who helped us. They are all awesome!
