this place is a JOKE!!!! � do not go! Lajune wasnt nice, and she played games with my mom and uncle, lead her to believe it was already approved and then once my mom came back without my uncle they pulled a bunch of bs and tried to get more money, and a $5000 deposit!!!! what a bunch of crooks!!!

Terrible experience. Would never go back. Salesman was inexperienced and unable to do simple math. They wouldn't give me full details of the cost of the car, and just continued to play games. Like another reviewer, they wouldn't let me leave after I didn't like the ridiculous offer they gave for a new Tucson. They chased me out of the showroom and stood behind my car so I couldn't leave the parking lot.
Worst experience ever....bait and switch with pricing....cars not certified unless you pay. Offered me car for 10,300 but only if I paid 22% interest. I told GM I would pay cash and told me he couldn't sell me that car for the internet price unless it was financed through them. Also told.me he would never allow me to buy a car from their dealership. Complete incompetence. Beware of bait and switch, which is illegal.
Bought a brand new car on August 6th. The sales people are nice but the finance managers not so much. Been leaving a message for Miguel for 3 weeks now and still no call back great customer service!
