Good service just had 3000 mile service didn’t wait to long 1 hour that’s good
The service department is horrible. I made an appointment for 730. I asked at 930 how much longer the car would be. The car just went on the left at 930 2 hours later. The oil change itself only took 25 minuets but if I didn’t ask the Car would still be in the back of lot waiting because “there short staffed” Also having issues with gas tank and they said they can’t check unless check engine light is on.
Over a hour for a oil change. Could of went to Jiffy Lube and been in and out.
Centereach Hyundai is horrible. Do not buy a car there. They wont fix my 2016 cars electrical problem (that should be covered under my warranty) due to the fact I didn’t buy my car from them.

My experience was great! I brought my 2013 Hyundai in because of a few recall notices I received. I easily got an accommodating appt. I was told it was going to take 3-31/2 hrs. It took 3. Everyone was cordial. I'm very happy with the service.
I went to buy a CPO car, listed online and carfax as Certified Preowned. The cost should have reflected the certification but an additional $1,000 was asked on top of asking price. I did buy the car without certificate. I did not low ball therefore I should have received the CPO warranty. My salesman hands were tied , he said that's how it works. BE WARNED of inspection oversights. One of my tires had a gash on the side wall about 3" long and deep enough to see the cords if you move the flap. Service did give me one new tire... read more
So I read that Mid Island has a quick oil change program. Large signs all over the service area. I made an online appt to have my new car's first oil change done there, (I have NEVER brought any of my cars to a dealer for this) for 830 am today. I arrived early at 815. At 945, my supposedly quick oil change had not even begun. So I politely asked the status of my vehicle and was politely told, they are shorthanded today.
