Went to trade in my 2013 Sonata a year ago told me to wait a year they can do a much better deal for me I did went back yesterday they suck when I bought my car I was told that Hyundai hold their Book value bullshit what they wanted to give me and what I owed is ridiculous worst dealership I have ever been to In My Life

Very very very poor salesmanship and crummy customer service!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI/NISSAN IN RIVERHEAD (aka riverhead auto mall) I wasn't taken seriously here, and was rudely turned off by the lack of friendliness.
