Brought my car in not too long ago for a simple tire rotation and there "certified mechanics" did more damage then good. Went to do a break pad change on Wednesday and discovered two different people must've put the front tires back on. One of them was on so tight (way too tight) the lugs were all cross threaded, to the point that 3 of them were broken! Now I'm having problems! They did an amazing job addressing all of my concerns and worked closely with Corporate to get all my repairs covered under warranty. I went here after a horrible 3 experiences with Atlantic Hyundai and I am now beyond pleased. There is ZERO attempt to help thru the Internet sales division. No matter what you say, they will not help you unless you provide a phone number, then all they will do is try to get you in the store. Multiple times I have sent an offer of a cash payment on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and I never get a human response. Just automated messages asking for a phone number or to discuss financing or trade ins. Plenty of my time wasted for zero help, which is sad because they're the only local dealer that has what I want optioned exactly... read more
