I purchased in 2014, the calls from them are relentless although I've requested to be removed. This week in particular is has been really bad.
After I spent 3 hours waiting for oil change and car wash, the manager told me that the oil change was done in the first hour, and the other 2 hours were the car wash, but it’s not his area to manage. The most unprofessional answer you can hear from a manager refusing to take responsibility for his poor management. The waiting lounge was full of people waiting for hours. Extremely dissatisfied.

My husband and I came in on October 5th. We were originally looking to lease a Tucsan. John Markel and the management team worked tirelessly to do everything they could to bring the cost down to the amount we could afford.
