Danielle Godin is a total waste of human life and scum like ALL the rest of the human garbage that works at centereach hyundai. She answers millions of negative reviews with her fake and false asinine comments which she never considers seriously. She never follows up with anything or anyone and NEVER resolves a single customer complaint or issue. She and ALL the staff at centereach hyundai are nothing more than human excrement!
RecommendedI developed trouble with my Elantra while 200 miles away from home. Centereach Hyundai took us in without an appointment, and took care of us so that we can now get on our way and head home.
Just found out my mother in-law took my wife's Sonota in for a NYSI and was told "there are NO rear breaks" so she told them to do them because she didn't know any better. I just changed the front and rear pads and rotors 1k miles ago... Mean while she needs a front passenger axle, instead of selling her what she actually needed the tech and the service writer went for the easy quick money. Could have made more labor had they sold the axle but the tech is obviously a moron who only knows how to change oil and and do breaks a... read more

I recently lost my key (the only key I was given) so now I have no key. They want to charge me an arm and leg just to replace the key. Meanwhile I found someone who can do it for a fraction of the price but can’t get it done till Monday.... I’m fine with waiting unless Hyundai is willing to have a more reasonable price Now they can’t even reply back to me.
