This place is busting with incompetence, rude staff and management in the service department. Your first stop with the person who answers the phone is rude and nasty (mentioned elsewhere), service advisors don’t call back, the work done is subpar and sometimes incomplete. The service manager is condescending and the dealership manager doesn’t return your calls. But the dealership will call you repeatedly to trade in your car. Definitely one of the worst dealerships out there.
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Promises not kept, sales people that didn’t know their business, and they did not keep to reviewing the car with consumers before sending them off with it - which led to the aforementioned broken promises. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Stay far away from this place.

Worst service department to ever exist. Took my car for three months to fix the engine and they give me the car back with no heater in the middle of winter! I gave them my car with the heat working. Now they’re giving me the runaround. Do not go here. Save your money, go to a different Hyundai.

They can’t. Worst experience of my life. So far 15 months of lies, deception and getting the runaround. I unfortunately had to buy a vehicle because I had been involved In a serious MVA in May 2019 that totaled my car. And as such I am still dealing with my injuries and trying to heal. Worse service dept. from the service advisor to the mechanics. Would never ever go back. They couldn’t get something simple right at all. Had to go back 3 times. Tried to charge me almost $400 more on a job that a was given a price for already. Don’t waste your time or money go elsewhere
The most wonderful dealership! The sales team is exceptional, competent, and professional. The service department is outstanding! Teresa Is the best. I owned a BMW for 9 years and had a personal advisor and Teresa is beyond awesome! I’ve been bringing my car there for 6 years. I won’t go anywhere else! I highly recommend this dealership!
