Had a problem with the *** about my taxes filed on 2020. HR Block was my accountant . At the beginning they advised that they will stand by their clients in case of any problems with a tax return . Well they did not, the problem was with the tax preparer who left an important piece of information out of the filing . HR Block acknowledged it was their fault and filed a claim on my behalf.
