You're better off going elsewhere to get your taxes done. I was a regular customer of h and r ********************** but that's all about to change. DO NOT WORK WITH H AND R BLOCK! We have been in a mess with them before taxes were do. MONTHS later, I am still trying to get my taxes filed. After a long month of not hearing a word from anyone despite my efforts to contact them, the tax "pros" excuse was, "I just kept putting it off...". Absolutely the worse tax filing experience! To keep a long story short, Used ********************** to file taxes this year and they cost me a $1,200 Dollar mistake. Got letter from *** after filed and was notified that ********************** put one of my W2's under my WIFE'S income!!!!! How a "professional and reputable" company makes such an obvious mistake and will not help their customer is beyond me. Must be amateur hour over there. DO NOT USE THEM!!! ***** ******!!!
We made an appointment with ********************** on ****** ** in ******* due to a notice we received from ******* about stimulus money in the amount of $1500 we potentially owed back. One of those times where you wish leaving 0 stars was an option. I don't even have the energy after all the back and forth to write out every detail but long story short, they made a huge error on my taxes, I caught it, they were supposed to send an amended return, didn't, *** thinks I owe money that I don't. Like pulling teeth to get them to fix THEIR error. Use any other company to file your taxes. Have your dog, or a baby file your taxes. It will certainly be better than using this nightmare of a business."

Agree with others, my experience has also been subpar. I'm now on my third office since March 2021 as they keep shutting down. My file has been in 4 different hands and I am now texting back and forth with the district manager to get resolution...not quite sure how I ended up with her number, but thankfully I did.
