First they kept sending me emails telling me to approve my return but it kept asking me for billing information when I asked to have the fees taken out of my return. Then they finally get it to where I could approve my return. Then when the *** sent them my return they deposited it into an account that I no longer have and it was not the account that I sat my phone on the woman's desk and she copied the account number and routing number right off the banking app that I use.
