They told me they have had problems with there site (web site) at there place of businesss since ****** allowed pot to be legalized!!! The lady told me in those words in a professional manner. I filed with this H&R Block 3 years straight and for the past 2 of them Ive had constant issues. The first being my tax return not submitted and being penalized for a late filing, the second being the same issue but this time my tax return not being submitted due to the credit from the first mistake not being applied at checkout.
