The service was absolutely terrible. First they kept sending me emails telling me to approve my return but it kept asking me for billing information when I asked to have the fees taken out of my return. Then they finally get it to where I could approve my return. Then when the *** sent them my return they deposited it into an account that I no longer have and it was not the account that I sat my phone on the woman's desk and she copied the account number and routing number right off the banking app that I use. I filed with this H&R Block 3 years straight and for the past 2 of them Ive had constant issues. The first being my tax return not submitted and being penalized for a late filing, the second being the same issue but this time my tax return not being submitted due to the credit from the first mistake not being applied at checkout.
