Worst experience of my life! I paid H And R block $277.00 for them to mess up my federal taxes, and they still took my ******** taxes to pay for my tax prep, when I literally authorized them to take it out my federal taxes that they messed up on! I will never use them again nor will I refer anyone to them, they mess up my federal taxes and Im still be charged $277.00 for their mess up!

They had our taxes for over a month and failed to even start them. Even though we checked in with them weekly.

I had a very bad experience. Where do I start. I used the online tax service and the tax pro disregarded the information that I sent to her. Then the tax pro used the information from a previous tax return not from the tax return I gave her for a direct deposit. What if i did not have access to that account. I will be notifying the BBB. ****** has a 4.8 rating but BBB gives HR Block an F. YELP GIVES 1 STAR. BEWARE!!!!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would me and my husband have been going to H&R block for going on 12 yrs now. Well now i would never walk into another again nor would i tell someone that is the place to go. Lets start with RUDE lady that did my taxes she treated us like we were less than people. Had my 2020 taxes prepared there last year. Was told if I bring in a new customer, I would receive $50.00 for each new client, up to six people. I had to create an account and get a code number for that person, which I did. My friend gave the preparer the code, and received a discount on her tax prep. It's now a year later, and after many phone calls, emails, I still have not received the $50.00 as promised. It's not so much the money, but that they are lying to their clients. I would never do business again with them.

We have been doing business with h and r block for years. Today we went and our grand baby started crying and one of the women there told us to leave because he was being disruptive and she wasn't nice about it either! Said her client couldn't concentrate but the client never said a word! I know this for a fact cause we was right beside them. We will never go back!

Horrible. They messed my taxes up. Acted like I'm stupid probably because I'm young. They said this guy has worked here 25 years. I'm not dumb I can research things. The were royally s******* up our taxes.. I'd be totally afraid theyd screwed up EVERYONE that went theres... so so rude, evil, mean people. Treated me like such c*** it was insane.... I tried to file my taxes through H&R Block online. I chose the Free option. My taxes are very basic and nothing special is needed. At every point they asked me if I want to upgrade I responded no and kept selecting to continue with the free option. When i went to file my return it wanted to charge me for their Plus version. When I reached out to them, they said they would down grade it, but it would erase everything I already did. I wonder how often they do this.
