Awful! I began filing my return online, free, and before finishing decided I would go in and file so I could get a refund advancement. I made it clear from the moment I sat down that the $3,500 advancement was the only reason I was there and throughout what would be a 3 hour process to do what had taken me a half hour myself online. I was asked what my credit score was and told I was good. I spent hours trying to get all of ky info correct. I paid 89$ and supposedly had a pro review my taxes. I was sent messages saying she is doing them then they are accepted. Only to have her write me and tell me she had not not done my return for 2021. I am so confused. Does this mean the *** will send them back because there is an error? H&R Block in ****** customer service *****.A man there filed out taxes and put in an amount wrong?When I called the manager she said it was human error.So I paid $399 for a professional tax person to make an human error.

One comment: They do not know how to file taxes. Besides that, they are rude. When I pointed out THEIR mistakes they told men I was the one that couldnt file taxes. Never again will I waste 400+ to be disrespected and lied to. They screwed me out of $1,100+. I hope they go out of business. Unprofessional.

I was due a money back ($50.) for using H&R Block. I have her signing my receipt because she was busy that day and she was going to send it to me. Well that never happened. Her name was *****( I have her card if you need more information). This money back is the only reason I decided to go ahead that day with my taxes. Ive paid for a piece of mind on all of my taxes for the past 10 years. Twice they have refused to honor it. I ended up having to pay for their mistakes.

I have used H&R Block program on my computer for years and up until a few years ago, I had no problem. This year I went on line and ordered and paid for their program and tried to download it only to be told that Safari can not download the program.I tried calling them and had to fight with their computer answering machine for several minutes before finally talking with a human. The ******* ** office of H&R Block charged me last March 2021,. $164.oo dollars to do my taxes because I didn't want any problems with the ***** I finally got someone in that office Jan 2022 to let them know I still haven't got a refund... He told me they have no record of me being there... I dropped off a copy of their return and my reciept for the 164 dollars I paid them in cash... I still haven't heard from them... I think they took my money and blew me off...

I had interviewed. On.91121. At 230pm to 3pm. But I did not get a call at alll.if it was Cancel.or change another date when.i check.it said no.long needed as of ******. I felt left out and this company has.no.consideration at. All Since I have no fault the interviewer did not call or email me at all that day I try to.reapply but it did not let me.in at all. I try to email this company several.time but no.respond at all !!!!
