We our hurting we need our money I’m pretty sure you’ll got your money. We have bills we need to pay to keep a roof over our head. We paid our fees already to be GREEDY LIKE THIS IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS THERE IS A MAN ABOVE THAT YOU THE CEO WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO TRUST IN BELIEVE ME

I don't even know where to start. This whole stimulus payment has been a nightmare. The CEO won't release funds because they can't get a fee off of it.

H&R Block screwed me on getting my Stimulus Check by not sending my bank account info to IRS, they create a 'virtual account number' & process your refund. This means I now have to wait until Sept. to get a paper check. If they had told me this up front I would not have used them, now it is to late. Do not do business with these liars.

Long story short, H&R block's Emerald card messed up the process of receiving my stimulus check, and now my check is going in the mail, potentially arriving months from now. I thought I did everything I was supposed to do. The 2019 tax year was the first year that I have ever filed taxes by myself, as I am fresh out of college and lost my grandpa on new year's (he who was always a good help for paperwork and organization). I understand that these are unprecedented times and businesses are asked to find solutions to uncommon problems. But, when you have not resolved a basic issue like communication with your customers then there is something to be said for your business practices. I had received my State refund in my Emerald card account on Friday, got a few transactions completed and then it started to decline transactions. I will never use H & R block again, although I’ve been a customer since almost 10 years. It’s very frustrating that they are holding the stimulus payments, the government has released them in a timely manner due to financial difficulties people are facing at this time. Yet H & R block doesn’t seem to care about people’s financial difficulties and the fact that people need their stimulus payments. Been with this company for over 10+ years and never would have thought that this would happen to a lot of customers. My family and I were really expecting this stimulus check and have not received nothing tried calling the local office and they did not have any answers tried the irs tool and had me locked out for entering info just to tell me its not the correct info. Really a disgrace that HRblock charge a lot of money to file peoples taxes and stimulus money has been sent to an account that we not provide to HRblock .actually i got the Emerald card , my $ 1200.00 went to somewhere else account .HRbloc have to be accountable for this inconvenience

I am appalled at how HR BLOCK has handled the stimulus payout situation. Zero customer service fro HR BLOCK directly and from the emerald card. There is zero information at all. Disgusted and will never use HRBLOCK again!!
