Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem, PA It is sad when I know more about tax preparation than the tax preparer. First, the woman looked at my zip code and asked where I was from. The odd thing is that the office is in the same zip code as my residence. She said she never heard of the zip code. She took over an hour for a simple return. I kept pointing out that my mailing address did not carry over from one screen to the next when she was using the software. She told me it should not matter, but I made her fix it anyway. Hr block is holding our stimulus deposits ..my account ending 5903 was supposed to be credited on 4/15/20 i feel they are holding my dd to keep my interest and late payment accrued its been 11 days hr block needs to give our stimulus money to us

I decided not to file my taxes with H&R block even after paying the fee for a Premium filing. I literally sat on hold for four hours to have a simple question answered, and they still could not put me in front of a tax specialist to handle it. After being put on hold multiple times, I had to ask for a manager, and then wait on hold for another 30 minutes. My husband and I got our taxes done here and we file separately - we own a house together, and my husband included the house on his tax return. He was suppose to get back around $644 for the house and the state of Michigan said we are ineligible for the refund since we filed the house separately. All we were suppose to do is fill out a form but our tax representative did not go over that with us and in fact did not listen or answer any of the questions we asked. I have heard a different excuse everyday about why we haven't received the Stimulus. They have completely screwed up the entire process by withholding stimulus funds. They gave the IRS closed bank accounts and want to charge the IRS to service the stimulus payments. Joke of a company, hopefully soon this place is shut down.

There is a tax pre prepare her name is Valerie she would not give me her last name she works at this office **** **** ******* ** ******** ** *****she is being paid to take phone calls and give the wrong answer and be rude and disrespectful to H&R Block clients she did not prepare my taxes she lied and said the person that assisted me was no longer in the office so then she stated later in our conversation she did not no who my tax pre prepare was so now I had to depend on her to help me which I was not helped at all this job... read more

I think you should get closed up this stimulus package should be on my card I have used hr block 25 years no more you have the stimulus checks in your account and are just sitting on it

My current experience was absolutely horrendous. The office manager Janet R****** in Yuma, AZ is rude and does not know to talk to customers. I was informed that my taxes would cost me over $258 and change all because one of the documents I submitted was a 1099-R so, I decided to cancel the service before signing/submitting them and I was charged $25 to get my documentation which I think is disgusting.
