I did business with you for my taxes and you have a right to charge me for that. But when it come to the stimulus I did sign anything that you can handle that money so don't touch it. Ive been going here for yearsto find out i was audited. I was happy to have peace of mind due to any errors on their behalf but to fibd out they dont honor it. 3 years from 3 different tax preparers only to show they cant do taxes and cant honor their services when ppl make a claim
Waiting for Stimulus check for over a week and I believe they’re holding all of the money from a lot of people bad business
After this i will never use h&r again been on the phone for 3 hours since 6am and cant get a new emerald card and cant even check balance it tells me to confirm ID so i put all the right information in and it didnt accept it. This is crazy where is all of our money we have family we need to take care and YOU GUYS DO NOT CARE ONE BIT.There about to loose to much people plus other taxpayers businesses.
I have been a customer of H&R Block for many years so naturally I decided to go with them again to file my taxes this year on Jan 25th. The tax professional was going through the forms very fast and somehow entered in the wrong amount for my withholdings. After about a week I receive a letter from the IRS letting me know that my return had an error and they would be looking into it. I contacted H&R Block and they had me come in so it could be amended. customer service sucks in Juneau, Alaska. We will not go there next year. We got a letter from the IRS. Asked the office to re-check our taxes to make sure everything is correct. The person who did our taxes no longer works at that office and moved out of state. The representative refused to listen. She stated I was very demanding.
