Ill make it short. My tax pro entered my wire transfer number instead of my account number (even though I clearly labeled everything on the spreadsheet I gave her) and the *** and state couldnt access my account to debit my taxes. I was absolutely on my own in trying to contact *** and state to deal with my tax pros error. While theyve offered to reimburse late fees and penalties, H&R still feels entitled to keep the $680 prep fees I paid for the security of having them file my taxes and the assistance they provide if their ... read more
H&R BLOCK had my fund transferred to their account and claims they aren't able to locate it. I contacted the *** whom stated, it was deposited, and to which account information it was deposited into. H&R BLOCK ARE CROOKS!!! I would highly recommend to stay clear. I spoke with a ***************** who was useless in her ability to do her job , when I called for help.
