This clinic can not be relied upon to process routine prescription refills. Their prescription subsidies are not available to me through any other organization so I’m stuck with spending weeks seeking a routine refill, but if you have other options, I encourage you to use them.

They called to tell me i needed an ultrasound and see a specialist. I asked for the referral and they said they could not tell me who the specialist was or where to get the ultrasound i would have to wait to get it in snail mail. A week later after not receiving it in the mail they gave me the information telling me it was faxed over to the hospital and the doctor the week before and before I called they would fax it again. I call to find out neither the doctor or the hospital had been faxed the information.
The care I’ve received from Dr. Moore and the team at the Rogers Park location has been unparalleled for me. Excellent doctors, and they work together to give you the best care based on the full scope of your health. They are talented, progressive, genuine people, and I’m very grateful.
I've had a health issue for 2 days now. I called yesterday and they told me my Doctor had 2 cancellations for today and to call at 8:30 in the morning to get one. I called at 8:30 and they didn't have one. They said my Doctor or a nurse would call me today. I waited all day long- Then when I call and speak to "Rodney" i'm told they just put a note to make an appointment with another facility. NO ONE CALLED me or did anything.
