Amazing, i can't say enough about Howard Brown , my Dr is just amazing and all the staff is just so nice and helpful thanks so much.
Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. I was having a panic attack and some how my boyfriend was offered medical marijuana but I was kicked out of the building. Clearly they have their own M.O. I hope they have their finding pulled. I was on several occasions treated like I was a human cockroach because of my profession. I was degraded to the point someone attempted to stick me with a needle with out my consent. Then it turned in to a highly escalated situation. I feel my rights were violated.
It's the kind of place were you dount feel judged of unconfertable staff is very polite and understanding .. been going there for 4 years and still have the best experience..
The Sheridan location is such an annoyance. The staff is useless and uninformed, there's no point in setting up an appointment here because even when you show up early you still wait almost 2hours to be seen from the time of the appointment.
I thought it was great going there. The staff was great. Don't get me wrong like there was a nurse who didn't seem to get my humor but everyone I talked to was a huge help. I got my medications and took my first shot of T yesterday. It was amazing! I am so happy! :)
If there was a alternative health option for lgbtq people I would use it. False diagnoses, appointments cancelled with no warning condescending management is all the tip of the iceberg at this clinic. I have literally walked in for an appointment only to be asked if I got a call to cancel the appointment I had made less than an hour before.
