When I last visited HBHC in October 2012, I was treated very rudely and inhospitably by one of the staff members because I had, at the time, an undiagnosed disability that makes socialization difficult for me. When I interacted with him while getting an STD test, he said, "You're weirding me out." When I explained I was nervous, he responded, "Well, you weren't nervous when you were hooking up," or some similar words. The providers are absolutely great, but this agency has grown past their capacity to serve the number of clients that come in. Wait times for labs are endless now and try to get a real person to answer their help line... impossible.
