Great staff, nurses and physicians! Over 3 years now, I've been coming here and always treated with such great care and respect. People ask me why I travel hours to get here, several times a year and I tell them because I love it there and they, very well, know what they're doing and fantastic about it!
I have a confirmed 1pm appt at 63rd street. Halfway my registration, I was told that I cannot be seen at 1pm but 2pm because they’re having a lunch break. How unprofessional! Is this the way to attract new clients? No wonder you had financial troubles.
I have a pretty bad medical phobia, and the call center for scheduling appointments is incredibly rude, and made me ultimately seek care other than Howard Brown. They are clearly overwhelmed and don’t have enough support. They were not professional and actually quite mean. When I called back to cancel, and explained my reasons why the person at the call center just said “okay.”
Total disorganization and lack of patient relation skills. Thing that should be solved within 24 to 48 hours take all week long after multiple phone calls. Zero communication.
It has happened three times over the past six months that I needed a prescription refill and end up waiting dayyysss to get it approved. This has meant that I'm going without my medication at all and have had to deal with withdrawal symptoms and calling out sick from work. There is no easy way for me to rectify this because I can't call my provider directly! I have to go through the centralized call center which never ends up addressing my problems.
