I understand people who fear death are scared, that does not mean lie to me about my Testosterone Refill so you can go home. I recommend, but I don’t recommend those lies.
Just had the pleasure of waiting 2 1/2 hours to be seen for my 10:15 appointment because they couldn’t figure out how to open my patient file. For 2 1/2 hours. It took an hour for the manager to even start working on opening my file after the rest of the staff couldn’t figure it out. Horrible excuse for customer service.
helping others like myself. yall pick and choose who yall want to help ! some of the staff members, most of them dont speak and there not right at all, means walking around that work there with there underwear showing. I made a complaint now I don't receive no gifts cards no food off the truck no help at all. that's very perfectnal

My child went to Howard Brown to get testosterone. Absolutely no psychological evaluation was done, no questions about current meds, no questions about current diagnoses, no questions about current therapy, no questions about current psychiatrist, no questions about past hospitalizations, no questions about biological mother abuse. This institution let my barely 18 year old child walk in and 20 minutes later walk out with a NINETY day prescription for testosterone with no assessment whatsoever. Caring staff, great service.
Getting an appointment here (even with insurance) is near ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance and they canceled it (!) and then told me the next available one was 3 weeks from now at my preferred location with my preferred provider. This will be my last time going here. Your organization is simply not worth it given my insurance through work gives me better options.
