Considering the need for COVID testing during a pandemic, I opted to walk in at noon to the clinic on Clark. I was treated dismissively, given paperwork to fill out and email, and was told to return at 2. Unfortunately, this was my lunch hour and I do not have the luxury to do so. I've been with HBHC since 2013 and getting an appointment is as easy as ordering delivery food. Even when my Doctor (Alfred Torrence) isn't available, a Medical Assistant or Nurse will help me. Whether or not you are insured they will see you!!
