RecommendedNo one wants to go to an ER but if I ever have to go again it will definitely be here. Everyone was so great and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that my wife who was with me was taken care of as well. I highly recommend!
Not only was the entire staff amazing but the accommodations were luxurious. From real bed sheets to having real pajamas. Then after having to be transferred to a bigger hospital I received the sweetest get well card and flowers. Thank you for thinking of everything.
June 1, I slipped and fell in hidden slime in the water coming out of a pipe at the base of a ramp by the park on the Seawall. Shattered my radius and tore ligaments and a piece of bone on the ulna; really messed up the wrist. Pain like I've never known. Luckily for me, the Hospitality ER was just a block away. Our car was met at the door by a person with a wheelchair and I was whisked in for treatment. This was the best experience I have ever had in an ER.
This was the most beautiful, clean and welcoming emergency care facility I have ever experienced. Every single person that helped me during my stay at Hospitality was so kind and warm. They really go out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable, making an emergency visit feel more like a spa day. Not only is their staff phenomenal but they even send you off with a blanket and a goodie bag. The best care we have received by an ER ever!! I’m so glad we chose this facility over all those available on the island. The service and care was amazing which made my son’s painful stingray injury bearable. Even the security guy waved and made sure we were ok upon departure. Thank you for the excellent care. This is the nicest hospital I have ever been to. You walk in, you immediately feel comfortable. There are snacks for the waiting room, and candy in the the examination room. Employees are very kind. We were in and out in about an hour. Best hospital on the island.
This place is so nice!.. I injured my shoulder and I came here for treatment. Goodness, what amazing treatment I received. The staff are all so professional and polite. There was essentially no wait time. The interior is beautifully decorated, which makes for a very welcoming and cozy atmosphere, for you or your loved ones to wait for your service. I highly recommend this place if your ever in need!
