Had to visit these guys the night before my husbands birthday due to an abscess on his abdomen. The staff was amazing. They got us in right away, sat down and talked to us about different possibilities as far as procedures and the outcomes, and triple checked everything. After they finished with the procedure and antibiotics, the entire staff brought in a birthday cake, with candles and all, and sang happy birthday to my husband. They are a great group of people and we will definitely be returning for all of our medical need... read more

This place is simply amazing! I was in and out in a flash. All the staff were really nice and kind also. It really felt like they cared. I would definitely go back here before any other place of this type. Update: I ended up having to go here a second time today. They treated me so well that words can’t even describe their level amazing level of care. I didn’t feel like I was bothering them. They made sure I was taken care of also. This will be the only place I go to from now on when I need urgent treatment.
The people that work here are amazing. They took care of me after a sting ray struck my foot and knew exactly what to do and how to treat it. Super accomdating and super friendly. Hopefully my next trip down doesnt end up with me at the hospital, but if it does I am for sure going to these people! Thanks guys
I thought that the care provided at this facility was excellent. The whole staff was friendly, compassionate and welcoming. I didn't have to wait to be brought back to the treatment area. The staff was very attentive and the doctor was kind and explained my diagnosis and treatment plan thoroughly. I received an IV antibiotic, the first dose of oral medication and was on my way home very quickly. Had to bring my son here last night, excellent is all I can say! Everyone is so friendly and very attentive. They answer all questions and make you feel very comfortable. We were in and out within 30 min and yes the officer at the entrance gives you a good feeling. Comfy blanket and goodie bag they send you home with was a bonus. So grateful we didn't have to drive to the other end of the island and wait for hours at UTMB. Doctor gave his personal number in case I had any questions, great bedside manner.
