I popped in this place at 4 am and hadn’t even filled out paperwork and they had me back to treat me. Everyone - desk people, nurses, doctors, radiologists were super nice and caring. They explained everything clearly and were thorough with the exam. I even got a gift bag with good stuff in it. I will never use a different ER.

Recommended⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the staff was so friendly & helped ease the pain with some good laughs while my son got a big fish hook removed. I hope we don’t have to go back to the ER but if we do, this is definitely where we are going.
RecommendedHospitality ER is absolutely amazing! We were on vacation here in Galveston and my son got sick. They took great care of him and made sure we were comfortable while we were there. The staff is amazing especially at 1:30 in the morning lol! Couldn’t ask for a better place to help my son feel better. Thank y’all so much!
RecommendedI've been to several ER facilities for my family, but I have never been to one with such a nice atmosphere. My husband first went for a ruptured cyst on his leg and every one from the receptionist, nurses and doctors were remarkable. I ended up having to go when I had a severe ear infection, once again we were treated with great care, and this was an entirely different group of people. RecommendedHospitality is filled with caring techs, nurses, and doctors that do their absolute best to give you the best treatment possible. They ended up getting me admitted to a local hospital during my visit and they took care of everything, even transportation! Then today I received a special surprise from them, they had flowers delivered to my hospital room. I have never received better care from one organization!

husband had pneumonia and was very sick. They treated him very quickly and well. There was no co pay and gave us snacks and drinks. Very clean place.
