Absolutely fabulous! The whole experience was top notch, admin staff, security guard, nurses and doctors all were so kind and caring. Truly appreciate their assistance during a stressful situation and highly recommend their services.

Best ER experience, ever! We were in and out in under an hour. Everyone was exceptionally nice. The nurse even gave me. Tour of the facility while my husband was in X-ray. The place is beautiful. The doctor took time to sit with us before we were discharged to discuss the diagnosis and treatment. Would highly recommend this place for emergency needs!

Went there while on vacation and I was totally blown away how well I was treated and the speedy service! And the quality of care was awesome! I’ve never been to a ER that sent me home with their super soft full size blanket and a goody bag! I wanted to move there just for that as a added bonus to living at the beach!❤️

What I thought was going to be hours at another urgent care facility turned out to be less than an hour!!! We arrived around 9:15 pm (husband had a deep laceration on the bottom of his right foot) and I knew he needed stitches. We were greeted by a lovely young lady at the front desk that offered us any of their complementary snacks in the waiting room. My 12 year old son had a pretty serious beach accident yesterday...the lifeguards and paramedics suggested this was the best place to go. We are from Houston and of course I was worried about trying to find the very best care possible. I found it here. I cannot say enough good things about this place...not only was the medical care absolutely top notch, but it is a brand new, state of the art facility with care and service like nothing I’ve seen. From the moment we walked in, we were treated so kindly! Every staff member we saw was nice and super friendly. I’ve been to other ER/Urgent Care places that are not so nice and make sure they get their money before they even see you - not the case here. They seem to genuinely care about the patient. My husband was given great care, and sent home with some nice gifts! If you’re needing care, this is definitely the place to go.

The BEST medical care I've ever experienced. Dr. Meta, nurses Brian, Vivian, Lauren and Andres made me feel incredibly welcome and saw to my every need. I am so thankful to them and the comprehensive care they provided me when I needed it the most. Every single person I encountered was kind, caring, compassionate, and consummately professional - and that's on top of the beautiful, comfortable, clean facilities the likes of which call to mind a posh hotel rather than an ER. I had to bring my husband in for a high fever from an absess tooth and was so impressed by our experience. The facilities are beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. The entire staff was so friendly and caring, going above and beyond to make sure he had everything he needed during his stay.
