It was 8:30 and we needed attention fast! Drove up to the door, were warmly received, and immediately shown to a room! Vitals were taken within seconds, care was administered before the ink was dry at registration, and bedside care was outstanding throughout the examination! Instead of sitting in an overflowing waiting room, we were immediately cared for!! I would HIGHLY recommend this ER care facility. I already have shared our exceptional experience with family and friends!

The staff was absolutely amazing ! Helen my nurse and Dr Vasut was attentive and caring from the minute I walked in .They took the time to explain absolutely everything . DO NOT HESITATE to take yourself or your loved one to this facility you will not regret it . The experience was excellent !

Wonderful staff, wonderful setting. Great care was given. I went a little nervous due to my anxiety. But the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome!!! .. I would give 10 stars if it was an option!!! Beyond happy that they chose galveston to plant their business!!!!! Keep up the great work!!!
